About NC
Nordic Chartering is a privately owned Finnish short sea operator established in 2003.
The people in charge have 20-30 years of experience in the shipping industry and are committed to ensure high quality and reliable services.
We operate year-round mainly between the Baltic Sea and destinations across Europe, including the Nordics, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. For over 20 years, we have also managed regular timber sailings from the Baltic Sea to Ireland with our parcel service concept.
Specializing in part cargo operations, Nordic Chartering, together with its strategic partners, enables part cargoes to be loaded in the Baltic Sea and en route to Western Europe and the Mediterranean.
Our vessels
Our fleet consists of modern multi-purpose fully timber fitted vessels and all vessels have the Finnish/Swedish ice-class 1 A or 1 B which is necessary to ensure operations all year round.
